At HTS Rent a Car, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, simple, and transparent for all customers.

📅 Free Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the pickup time are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment.
  • No cancellation charges will apply in this case.

⏰ Late Cancellation

  • If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, a one-day rental charge may be deducted from your advance payment.
  • The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.

❌ No-Show Policy

  • If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location at the scheduled time without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show.
  • In this case, no refund will be issued.

🔁 Booking Changes / Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your booking at least 6–12 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability.
  • Rescheduling is free of charge in most cases.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds are processed within 3–7 working days.
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for booking.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Fuel charges, tolls, traffic fines, and damages are non-refundable.
  • Security deposit (if taken) will be refunded after vehicle inspection.
  • Special event or peak-season bookings may have different cancellation terms (mentioned at booking time).
