1. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from HTS Rent A Car, customers must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid CNIC, Passport, or Government-issued Identification.
  • Hold a valid driving license where self-drive services are provided.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during booking.

2. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
  • HTS Rent A Car reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.
  • Reservation confirmation does not guarantee availability in circumstances beyond our control.

3. Rental Charges

  • Rental charges are based on the selected vehicle and rental duration.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, fuel shortages, damages, late returns, tolls, parking fees, or traffic violations.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Vehicle Usage

The renter agrees that the vehicle will not be:

  • Used for illegal activities.
  • Driven by unauthorized drivers.
  • Used for racing, towing, or off-road driving unless permitted.
  • Operated under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any prohibited substance.
  • Driven outside approved service areas without prior consent.

5. Vehicle Condition

  • Customers must inspect the vehicle before accepting delivery.
  • Any existing damage should be reported immediately.
  • The renter is responsible for any loss or damage occurring during the rental period unless covered under applicable insurance terms.

6. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
  • Fuel shortages may result in additional charges.

7. Late Returns

  • Vehicles returned after the agreed rental period may incur additional charges.
  • Repeated delays may result in suspension of future rental services.

8. Accidents & Emergencies

In case of an accident, theft, or breakdown, the renter must:

  • Notify HTS Rent A Car immediately.
  • Contact relevant authorities where required.
  • Cooperate fully with insurance and investigation procedures.

Failure to report incidents promptly may result in additional liability.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Booking cancellations should be made as early as possible.
  • Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be determined according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

HTS Rent A Car shall not be liable for:

  • Personal belongings left in rented vehicles.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Delays caused by weather conditions, traffic, mechanical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Privacy

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used solely for providing rental services and customer support.

12. Changes to Terms

HTS Rent A Car reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this website.
